The United Facilities Management Company (UFM) began offering third-party property management services in 2008. Since its inception, we have continuously developed our services, staying up to date with the latest systems and improving the efficiency and quality of work through a team of employees with expertise, skills, and academic specializations. We are always committed to enhancing their abilities by providing intensive training courses and fieldwork.

It is significant that the Property Management division manages real estate assets for multiple state organizations as part of its services to the Kuwaiti public sector. In addition, it oversees real estate assets for both individuals and private sector businesses.

We currently manage approximately 305 properties, including 7,500 rental units of various types (commercial, investment, industrial, residential, warehouses, and parks), with monthly rental revenues of no less than 3 million Kuwaiti Dinars. As a result, we are fully equipped to put our extensive experience in property management at the disposal of our clients.
