Real Estate Services Management

These services include: 

Management
United Facilities Management (UFM) oversees property management, including the execution and renewal of contracts, their review, and the entry of all property and unit-related data into the Property Management System (PMS).

Leasing
We conduct field studies of the area and surrounding regions, select tenants that align with the nature of the property and its location, determine rental values, and negotiate with prospective tenants.

Marketing
We analyze the location and its advantages, developing a comprehensive marketing plan for the property's units.

Customer Service
We communicate with tenants, follow up on client and tenant complaints, and provide a 24/7 Call Center for tenant inquiries and support.

Rent Collection
We follow up on rent collections and all property-related revenues through the Property Management System (PMS).

Reporting
We prepare financial reports, collection reports, monthly expense reports, and periodic reports on occupancy rates and tenants via the Property Management System (PMS).

Legal Follow-up
The Property Management team works in coordination with the company's Legal Department to contact tenants who are late in payments to encourage them to settle overdue amounts. If no resolution is reached, their cases are transferred to legal offices for further action.

Property Management Fees
The property management team agrees with the contracted portfolio on a percentage of the total revenues (rent) collected by the "Manager" from rental contracts and other agreements, regardless of their titles.
