United Facilities Management

United Facilities Management (UFM) is a leading integrated facilities management services company in Kuwait. The company was established in 2007 as a subsidiary of United Real Estate Company (URC) and the first company in Kuwait to provide integrated facilities management and property management services in Kuwait.

The company continues to apply these world-class advanced operating technologies and standards to its services on an ongoing basis. The United Facilities Management Company has recently obtained, as the first company in the State of Kuwait, the ISO 41001 certificate, which is the first international standard for the Facilities Management System (FMS) in the world by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which helps facilities management companies to provide their services in advanced manner.

Beyond Kuwait, United Facilities Management Company has a significant presence across the MENA region. Its operations span both the public and private sectors, serving ministries, government entities, commercial complexes, towers, real estate, banks, educational institutions, hospitals, hotels, resorts, and more.

Facilitates Management

The Facilities Management (FM) department in UFM is responsible for ensuring that the “premises, locations, client’s buildings including infrastructure, operating systems, services delivery process are properly maintained, efficient and safe. The FM team works collaboratively across departments, interacts with various stakeholders, and is instrumental in creating an optimal working environment that supports the company's objectives while ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable workplace for its occupants.
