A registered member of IFMA and MEFMA with strong contacts within these professional associations, having a Proven experience in clinching large FM contracts and expanding existing accounts. He has a proven experience in budgeting/costing/tendering with strong negotiation skills and strategies. In addition to a wide experience in prospecting for potential clients, building relationships and planning approaches, highly skilled in conducting market research, forecasting BD targets and following through on action plans.

To Ms. Roula, success is no accident. It is a result of hard work, perseverance, learning, sacrifice and most of all, to love what you do. She joined UFM in 2013 and established and supervised all administrative functions and employee remuneration processes including payroll promotions, organizational changes and end of services. She ventured into Business Excellence where developing corporate strategy was a part of her responsibilities. She also acted as a vocal point for the implementation of Deep Dive project to formulate a detailed operational plan. Roulabecame a member of projects’kick-off and mobilization teams and Facilities Management Support Manager. She works with the line managers by coordinating all human resource and administrative activities like recruitment, induction, training, appraisals, disciplinary action, coordination with other departments etc., to support the core business. She ensures that effective working relationships are maintained to meet company’s and projects’ objectives.

Ms. Roula holds a Bachelor of science in mathematics with concentration in computer science from USA & MBA from Bahrain

Mrs. Sabiha Abdullah, Project Manager in United Facilities Management (UFM) since 2008 holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration Management from Washington International Universal – USA, Certified Facility Manager-MEFMA and Facility Management professional- IFMA.
She has over 22 years of extensive experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing and Public Relation and an expert in customer relation and Tenants relation management.
In her role in UFM, she is in charge for managing /Operation several outstanding and strategic iconic projects in Kuwait, also she has a reginal experience in Salalah and Jorden.
Assuming responsibility for all day–to–day PM/FM activities in the most important Mall’s to high-end commercial and multi-use towers in Kuwait, Accomplishments (Leading facility management operation, Secure safety and readiness of the projects in all conditions. Working to support all property management activities operation and pre-operation, leasing properties, Tenants Mix, fit out, Tenants manual, requests and coordinate with other Departments within (UFM), sister company and government department.
