These are the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) which apply to your purchases of parking points (“Points”) done for the K-Parking mobile app (“App”). Points could only be used to pay for parking fees and additional enrolled services offered by each parking as described by each location list of services (eg: parking bookings, car wash, valet parking, porters etc..) All actions performed through the App are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. 

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before any purchase or usage of the App any queries should be raised with Portal (as relevant) before purchase. 

Your purchase constitutes of your acceptance to the Terms and Conditions. You must purchase Points to be able to pay through the App for Services from any of the shops enrolled in the App for each site. 

Your Points may be invalidated if the registered telephone number and/ or email address in the system were changed without notice or the you have failed to provide validated credentials. Any Points obtained in breach of the Terms and Conditions will be void. Points may not be transferred or used for any other purposes/Services then the ones existing in the App for each location.

No refund will be owed after Points purchase. The Portal and/or parking operator being the operator for the parking facility (“Parking Operator”) shall not be liable for any property loss during your stay in the parking facility. 

Portal and/or Parking Operator reserves the right to refuse your entry to and/or discharge you from the enrolled parking (and may take appropriate action to enforce this right) in reasonable circumstances including without limitation:

  1. for health and safety or licensing reasons;
  2. if you behave(d) in a manner which has or is likely to affect the normal operation of the parking facility;
  3. if you use or display threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms or behave in a manner which may provoke a breach of peace;
  4. if, in the Parking Operator’s reasonable opinion, you appear to be acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
  5. if you fail to produce proof of identity or age when required;
  6. if you refuse to comply with location(s) security searches;
  7. if you breach the Terms and Conditions;
  8. if your Points are void or expired;

No refunds will be given to if you are refused entry or discharged due to your own behavior. Parking Operator (security services from each parking facility) reserves the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any item which in their opinion may cause danger or disruption to other persons at the parking facility or is one of the items not permitted in the parking facility as listed in the Terms and Conditions. You shall not bring any of the following items into the parking facility: 

  1. illegal substances/items;
  2. animals (except service dogs);
  3. any item which may be interpreted as a weapon (including sharp or pointed objects such as knives);

Notwithstanding anything else in the Terms and Conditions, neither the Parking Operator nor Portal shall be liable for any loss, theft or damage to the confiscated items. Portal and/or the Parking Operator is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items. You must comply with any and all instructions given by Portal and/or all Parking Operator security staff. 

If before or during the parking/booking time you have a complaint in relation to the App or the parking facility, please speak to Portal/Parking Operator or a customer service officer. You hereby consent to your actual or simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any film, photograph, audio and/or audiovisual recording to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world. This includes filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers or the prevention of crime.
